Seven chairs. One safe.
The boardroom is a ping pong table and whatever chairs were in the kitchen. MERV keeps attendance here. Everything you do in this building gets a number written next to your address.
“Sit anywhere. The chairs are all equally wrong.”
Get on the attendance sheet
Each of these is one small transaction from your own wallet. Nothing is sent anywhere, nothing gets approved, and no money leaves you. It costs gas and it leaves a record on chain that anybody can check.
Backing him early only counts before launch. Showing up counts once a day. Keeping shares is exactly what it sounds like: they sit in your wallet, nothing is locked, and MERV writes down that they are yours.

When he opens it
Trading fees pile up inside. MERV opens the safe the first time it holds half an ETH, or when his thirty day quarter runs out, whichever comes first. Then he calls a shareholder meeting, reads the attendance sheet out loud, and splits what is in there by the numbers written next to each address.
Whatever gets paid comes from trading fees and from what people put in the safe themselves. Nothing is set aside in advance and nothing is guaranteed. If the safe is empty on the day, the meeting is just a meeting.
“A company that never opens the safe is just a room. I read that somewhere.”
What MERV writes down
Buying happens in your own wallet, straight from the curve. MERV never holds your money, he only writes in the book afterwards.
