One signature, one sheet.
The registrar window is a hole cut in a filing cabinet. Sign your name and MERV draws the certificate while you stand there. Your address goes on it. The serial comes out of your signature, so nobody else can get the same sheet.
“Do not fold it. I will know.”
Blank until somebody signs for it.
Have your certificate drawn
Signing costs nothing and moves nothing. MERV reads the signature, picks your serial number out of it, works out which class of shareholder you are, and inks the border with a wobble he claims is intentional.
How he decides the class
- Class C, a visitor who signedeveryone starts here
- Class B, holds shares in the wallet that signedafter launch
- Class A, holds a lot of themafter launch
He checks your balance on chain before he writes the class down. He is honest about this being the only check he does.
